Fees

The fees for our services are determined by factors such as the type of service you are availing, your physical location, and the number of candidates, accreditation & level of qualification for training. We assess the specific requirements of each client individually, ensuring a tailored approach to meet your needs effectively.

Nevertheless, to provide an insight into pricing, our approximate rates are outlined below:
– Awareness / Foundation Courses : USD 75 (PKR 20766)
– Internal Audit Courses: USD 100 (PKR 27688)
– Lead Auditor / Implementer Courses: USD 300 (PKR 83065)
– GAP/ Assessment / Consultancy (starting from): USD 200 (PKR 55376)

– Certification for Organization (starting from): USD 700 (PKR 193818)

Fee Refund

For training sessions, the full fee must be paid in advance and is non-refundable. We advise candidates to proceed with the registration process only when they are certain about attending the course. Please note that the fee can be transferred to another course only before the training session begins.

Kindly note that certificates and course materials are distributed in electronic format. Should you request a printed certificate, an extra fee of USD 50 will be charged. 

Courier charges will be determined by the courier company.

Terms & Conditions

CIC agrees to provide ISO training, audit, and consultancy services as agreed upon with the Client. The details of the Services, including scope, deliverables, and schedule, will be outlined in a separate agreement between the parties.

The Client agrees to pay the fees for the Services as specified in the agreed-upon contract. Payments are due as outlined in the invoice provided by CIC. In the event of late payment, CIC reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Services.

Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during the provision of Services confidential. CIC will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the Client’s written consent, except as required by law.

Any materials, documents, or intellectual property provided by CIC as part of the Services remain the property of CIC. The Client may use these materials solely for internal purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or disclose them without CIC’s written consent.

CIC will perform the Services to the best of its ability, but makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of ISO certification. CIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the Services.

Either party may terminate the Services with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms. Upon termination, the Client shall pay CIC for all Services performed up to the termination date.

CIC is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your personal data. By providing your name, email, and any other relevant information (“Data”), you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of this information by CIC. Your Data will be used solely for the purpose of processing your registration for our services, including but not limited to ISO training, audit, and consultancy. Additionally, we may use your Data to send you relevant information about our services, updates, and special offers. You can opt out of receiving such communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.

We implement robust security measures to protect your Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Only authorized personnel within CIC will have access to your Data, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of this information.

We will retain your Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. After this period, your Data will be securely deleted from our records.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you explicitly consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your Data as described herein. You also consent to receiving communications from CIC related to the Services and special offers.

CIC reserves the right to update or modify this Data Privacy and Confidentiality Statement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we encourage you to review this statement periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your Data.
